Competitive delivery times are ensured through double-shift operations throughout our plant and triple-shifts in heavy machinery operation.
EFFICIENT SHEET HANDLING AND WELDING
Makron's modern sheet-handling machines are designed to manage six-metre sheets. Sheet handling includes sandblasting, flame cutting, trimming and sheet cutting.
We carry out Mig, Tig and submerged arc welding.
EXACTING HEAVY MACHINERY
For its exacting heavy machinery, Makron uses several CNC-guided boring machines and a vertical lathe for diameters of up to 7.5 metres. The maximum x-axis of boring machines is 12 m and the maximum y-axis 4 m.
QUALIFIED ASSEMBLIES OF MACHINES AND LINES
Successful product assembly requires precision time planning, which is guaranteed through management and our production control system. Makron controls every aspect of exacting production lines and machine assemblies including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics and automation.
SUBCONTRACTING PARTS AND STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS
Makron itself produces medium-heavy and heavy steel constructions intended for heavy-machining.
Other parts and lighter constructions are produced from the sub-suppliers network in Finland and Estonia.
The affiliated company Makron Estonia Oü complements Makron's project supplies by delivering conveyors, steel frames and parts to customers reliably and on time. Makron can also use the Estonian procurement network for products that Makron Estonia does not manufacture itself.
